Exotic Living is a landscape design company with a passion for creating innovative and unique outdoor spaces. Our company was launched in 2019 by designer Mitch Kushturian and brother Joshua Kushturian, a licensed carpenter, who share a passion for creating beautiful spaces that enhance the beauty and functionality of any outdoor area. 

Exotic Living has been recognized for our exceptional work in landscape design, with four consecutive  awards for best landscape project in NSW within their category, presented by the NSW Landscape Association. Over the previous 3 years.

Along with being a national finalist and state winner of “Carpentry Australia and Milwaukee Build of the Year”, being judged on innovation, design and craftsmanship.

We also recently participated in the prestigious Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show, where we competed against premier designers and landscapers from around the world. With over 100,000 attendees, this is the largest garden show in the Southern Hemisphere. We are proud to have received a bronze award within our category, which highlights our commitment to delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Our expertise and dedication to craftsmanship has also been recognised on the Channel 9 home renovation TV shows, "Australias best pools", "Garden Hustle"and popular tv show "The Block". Exotic Living was given the opportunity to utilise our construction services in two seasons of the show, where we worked on three winning garden projects. 

As a result of our work on The Block, judge Darren Palmer was impressed with our work, stating, “The limestone around the planter, just stunning - it’s been beautifully masoned so it's curved around the base, so much workmanship and expense but it delivers so much impact.” 

This high-intensity experience allowed us to gain valuable insights and take our skills to the next level, and we are proud to have been a part of such successful projects.
